Panoramic Ireland - Causeway Coast - Antrim Photo Workshop

Panoramic Ireland Causeway Coast Antrim Photography Workshop June 2014

Come join me for the weekend of the 21st and 22nd of June for a photography workshop on the beautiful Causeway Coast of Northern Ireland.

Places are limited to four to keep this a small group experience. To book or to ask any questions please send me a message via the Contact page or send me an email via booking [@] panoramicireland.com. The cost is €330 per person, see below for more information.

This is a great way to improve your landscape photography in one of the most scenic parts of Ireland. With the Giant's Causeway, sandy beaches and rocky coastline, ruined castles and scenic harbours the Causeway Coast and Antrim Coast can truly be called outstandingly beautiful.

Used extensively in HBO's Game of Thrones the whole coast from Larne right round to Mussenden Temple at Downhill is a photographer's playground. We will concentrate on the Causeway Coast section that sits between Ballycastle and Portrush that contains the Giant's Causeway, Dunluce Castle and Carrick-a-rede as well as not so famous but equally worthy locations.

The coast, tripods and long exposures are what this weekend are all about.

Itinerary:

Meet on Friday evening 20th or Saturday morning if you prefer.

We will spend some time chatting about your interests and looking at images.

Saturday 21st

An early start on Saturday 21st for sunrise

Break during the middle of the day - the day is long so we will break for lunch and get some rest ahead of an evening in the field

Evening at the coast with tripods and long exposures until after sunset

Sunday 22nd

An early start again on Sunday morning for sunrise then long exposure landscapes and fine art photography before breaking for lunch.

In the afternoon we will continue with landscape photography around the Antrim Coast then an image review session before heading back home in the evening.

An extension can be added if you want to spend more time in the area and beyond.

I have led many workshops throughout Ireland and Italy, with the emphasis on small groups and one-to-ones. That allows us to work towards improving your photography skills. Born and raised close to the Causeway Coast I have written articles on the area, worked for clients such as The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Group, The New York Times, Friends of the Earth and the Irish Landmark Trust.

**Now running new workshops on the Antrim Coast**
