Street Art in Dublin

Written by
Graffiti on Windmill Lane, Dublin Graffiti on Windmill Lane, Dublin Darren McLoughlin

Dublin's Windmill Lane needs no introduction to anyone with more than a passing interest in Irish culture and music.

The studios located on Windmill Lane where many of U2's albums were recorded has long since been a graffiti hotspot. Once used extensively the focus of Dublin's graffiti and street art scene has moved towards Camden Street and the Liberties.

Seen here as two men walk past the graffiti in Dublin's Windmill Lane on a sunny day, Windmill Lane is a colourful part of Dublin City, close to the river and the new developments along the Liffey.
