Arriving in Ireland

Written by

Today's image comes from the South Bull Wall in Dublin Port.

Arriving into Dublin, Ireland

During the early evening several ferries arrive from the UK, Stena from Holyhead, P&O from Liverpool and Irish Ferries Ulysses (pictured here) from Holyhead.

It was a nice evening for a walk out into Dublin Bay, on the wall begun in the eighteenth-century, with plenty of activity on the sea from boats, geese and cormorants.

More information on ferries arriving into and out of Ireland can be found at my guide to Getting to Ireland by Sea.
